Autos seguidos por el bachiller Antonio de Tejeda, promotor fiscal del arzobispado de Lima, quien se querella criminalmente contra Cristóbal de Fuentes, mayordomo de una chacra que tiene arrendada en el valle de Huachipa, casado con doña Francisca de Soria, con la cual no hace vida maridable ha más de diez años, viviendo en mal estado con otras mujeres y, en especial, viviendo amancebado con una cuarterona de mulata llamada Agustina, la misma que tiene consigo en la mencionada chacra, en la cual tiene un hijo.
