Autos de apelación que presenta Francisco Gómez Ortiz, en nombre del licenciado Luis de Molina Galindo, cura y vicario de la doctrina de Chusche, en la causa que sigue con el licenciado Gonzalo Galindo, su hermano, sobre la propiedad de una capellanía y aniversario de legos que fundaron Baltasar Rodríguez Piña y doña Isabel Rodríguez de Aldana, su mujer. Apela contra el auto pronunciado por el provisor y vicario general del obispado de Huamanga, en que declaró por nulo el nombramiento hecho en el apelante.
