Autos de apelación que presenta Antonio Cerdán de los Ríos, en nombre de don Salvador Pizarro, vecino de Huamanga, en la causa de demanda que contra él sigue doña María Ana de Ibar, su mujer legítima, sobre nulidad y divorcio de su matrimonio. Apela contra la sentencia pronunciada por el provisor y vicario general de dicha diócesis, en que declaró por válido y legítimo matrimonio y haber lugar al divorcio y separación
