Autos de apelación que interpone Miguel de Medina, en nombre de Fernando de Huarte, vecino de la ciudad de Huánuco, quien por orden del juez eclesiástico de Huánuco y para fundar un monasterio de monjas, le ha mandado deshabitar las casas que fueron de Lorenzo Ponce Maldonado, que ocupa el apelante como usufructuario de ellas. Se adjunta el testamento de Lorenzo Ponce Maldonado, tesorero de su Majestad y depositario general de la ciudad de León de Huánuco, natural de Sevilla.
