Autos de apelación que presenta Juan Díez de San Miguel de Vega, en la causa seguida con su primo don Fernando Palomino, vecino de Huamanga, patrón de las capellanías que instituyó y fundó Miguel Palomino por cláusula de su testamento, como hijo legítimo y el mayor de Hernando Palomino, vecino feudatario que fue de Huamanga. Apela contra el auto pronunciado por el provisor y vicario general del obispado de Huamanga en que se le manda entregar las capellanías.
