Auots que presenta Miguel de Medina, en nombre de doña Juliana de Biedma, viuda, mujer que fue de Diego de Valverde, hija y heredera de Lorenzo Calvache e Inés de Santa Cruz, en la causa que contra ella y sus hermanos sigue el bachiller Blas López, presbítero, sobre la capellanía de 2,000 pesos de principal que impusieron a favor de éste. Apelan contra la sentencia del Obispo de Quito, en la que condenó a que de los bienes que quedaron de los dichos Abache y Santa Cruz, se saque el quinto para fundar la capellanía.
