Autos de apelación que presenta el ayudante don Tomás Pacheco y Avilés, vecino de la ciudad de Cuenca y residente en Quito, en la demanda de nulidad de matrimonio contraído por el ayudante Diego Antonio Riofrío con doña María Martínez de Siguenza. Apela contra la sentencia pronunciada por el provisor y vicario general del obispado de Quito, en que declaró por nulo dicho matrimonio.
