Autos de apelación que presenta Diego Esteban de Berrocal, en nombre de Francisca de Castro y Victoria Cardosa, vecinas de la ciudad de Huamanga, contra un auto proveído por el deán de dicha diócesis, en que declaró tocar y pertenecer el conocimiento de la causa que se pretende seguir contra las susodichas por el convento de Santo Domingo de esa ciudad, sobre el derecho a unas fincas a dicho deán y cabildo y no a la justicia secular, que era donde pretendían seguir la causa las apelantes.
