Autos de apelación que presenta Manuel Sánchez Durán, hacendado en el valle de Huanta, jurisdicción de la ciudad de Arequipa, en la causa seguida contra el padre Andrés Sánchez de Alvarado, beneficiado de la doctrina de Lluta y sus anejos, a fin de que se pueda decir misa en su hacienda por cualquier religioso. Apela contra un auto y mandamiento del obispo de Arequipa, quien declaró no haber lugar dicha solicitud.
