Autos de apelación que presenta Miguel López de Aragón, en nombre de doña Juana y doña Agustina de Lara, vecinas de la villa de Huancavelica, en la causa seguida con Antonio Méndez, vecino y regidor de ella, sobre el asiento y sepultura que pretende en el cementerio. Apelan contra un auto proveído por el juez eclesiástico de Huamanga, en que revocando otro auto a favor de ellas, mandó restituir a Méndez en el dicho asiento y sepultura.
