Autos de apelación que presenta don Francisco de Rivero Díez de Vera, regidor perpetuo de la ciudad de Arequipa, padre legítimo y administrador de la persona y órdenes de don Juan Antonio de Rivero, su hijo, clérigo de menores órdenes, colegial en el Colegio Real de San Bernardo de la ciudad del Cuzco. Apela contra la sentencia que pronunció el Obispo de Arequipa excluyendo a su hijo de la capellanía que mandó fundar don Juan de Cárcamo y Valdés, bisabuelo de su hijo.
